A NOTE FROM QUEST RESEARCH, INC.
Dear Friends and clients,
I personally want to thank you for your continued trust as we navigate through these unprecedented times caused by the COVID-19 virus. I know that together we will survive this and eventually be stronger because of it. In the meantime, I am also aware that there have never been more hurdles to jump in order to get a search completed. It is Quest Research's goal to mitigate as much of that stress as possible. However, sometimes the ability to do so is restricted by situations out of our control.
The jurisdictions covered have a myriad of restrictions limiting our access to the records necessary to complete your order. (Some jurisdictions are closed. Others are not open to the public or by appointment only. Still others are available on the condition of a health screening.) Thankfully, there are a few that are open and ready to serve in their normal capacities.
I also know that keeping up with 85 courthouses in 75 counties is a difficult task. Rest assured that each area manager is monitoring each courthouse in which there is a current order. If there is any access, regardless of the restrictions, Quest Research will complete your order as soon as possible. If no access is available, your order will be held until such time as the least bit of access is granted.
What does that mean to you?
1) Please don't wait to order your searches. The quicker you order, the faster it can put you in line to complete. Plus...our searchers may have access to records despite the restrictions of the courthouse.
2) Please don't stress. Let Quest Research stress for you. A watchful eye will be kept on any courthouse that doesn't currently allow access. Each manager will keep you notified of any changes.
3) Please know that our team will always be available for you to call or email for questions or status checks regarding any order placed (unless ordered to close by Federal, State, or Local government).
4) Please be patient. Every effort will be done to keep you informed of the progress of your order. However, Quest Research's normal turn time may not be realistic.
Again, I would like to thank each one of you. I pray for your safety and for the end of the COVID-19 threat.
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
Quest Research joins you in the fight.
